The project, carried out by our partner, Omphalos By Hobbyverde was built in the famous hillside region of Langhe. The area involved covers about 20 m2, where the pre-existing portico has a truss structure made entirely of wood.
The new Clima TT conservatory with thermal break covers a surface area that is 5.5 m wide by 1.2 m deep, with a small roof and glass closures along the front (with three, 3-track panels) and on the sides with a type with two panels that slide on two different tracks. The system chosen was the S.70 TT sliding door, which offers solidity and excellent insulation thanks to its thermal break profiles. The Sunroom S. 70 TT sliding system is also ideal for opening it wide during the summer and allows a maximum view of the splendid Langhe panorama. Finally, the shaped upper gable was installed on the wood beam.
The peculiarity of the project is evident in the perfect synergy of the elements used to create the new Clima TT conservatory while taking advantage of all of the characteristics of the existing building. In this way it was possible to create a comfortable, bright environment with excellent thermal performance in harmony with the architectural context and landscape.
