“The structure that houses the Villa Ada management centre was in need of in-depth renovations, even from the structural point of view,” explains Luca Manoni, owner of Tecnoart, whom the owner contacted to restore the antique lustre to this large, prestigious office centre in the Capital.  “The old area was rundown and a coordinated and structured intervention was essential and resulted from the teamwork between the owner, installing company, and manufacturer of the Motus system.“

The project first saw the removal of all existing beams, followed by the state-of-the-art installation and implementation of the new Motus roof, over 60 m2, that was finished quickly and with no critical issues.

The Motus sliding roof was naturally the ideal solution to be able to create a closure/opening based on the period of the year and weather, in correspondence with the central part of the building, in order to make the space underneath permanently useable.  Thanks to the Motus completely openable aluminium and glass system, natural air circulation and maximum light are ensured to enhance and protect the area’s beautiful Mediterranean garden as well.
